Service Center. All of the Silent Paint Remover and the
Speedheater tools are serviced by our repair center. Contact our
service department to return the tool for service. Tool should be
packaged well to avoid breaking the tubes in transit.

Shipping and Order Tracking. UPS is the standard method
for continental U.S. shipments. We do not ship to P.O. box postal
addresses. To track your UPS shipping status, enter one or more
UPS tracking numbers below.
Friendly Return Policy:
- Before returning unwanted or defective products, the customer
must contact our office for a return authorization number. Please
include your name and invoice number on the return box. Rental
customers should call us when they are returning the SPR to verify
the number of days they rented the tool.
- Unused & undamaged products can be returned within 20 days
for a full refund.
- Unused and undamaged products returned after 20 days will be
subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- No refund after 30 days and no refund on products damaged in
return shipping.
- No refund on freight charges.
- Silent Paint Removers that have been used and are being returned
will be considered “Rental Units”. The rental charge
for the Silent Paint Remover is $24.00/day, minimum 3 days. No
charge for transit time. Rental must be returned in clean condition
and packaged in its original clean carrying case. Freight damage
due to inferior packaging will result in additional charges to
the customer. Please repack the tool in the same packaging as
it was received. Customers who rent a demo tool and then want
to trade for a new tool must return it within 8 days.
- Credit will be issued to the same account it was charged to.
- No exchange of any tools under warranty that can be repaired.
- The cost of any missing/damaged parts and the installation
of the missing or broken parts will be deducted from any credit
due to the customer.
- Policy is subject to changes without notice.
